Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy describes what is not permitted on Millionaire AI Video. By using the service, you agree to comply with this policy.
Prohibited content categories
You must not upload, request, generate or share any of the following categories of content:
1. Pornography and sexually explicit content
Sexually explicit images, nudity, sexual acts, sexualized AI-generated content, or any request intended to produce pornographic or sexually suggestive output. This service does not support age-gated or adult content generation under any circumstances.
2. Violence and gore
Realistic depictions of extreme violence, bodily harm, torture, self-harm, gore, or content that glorifies or encourages violent acts against any person or group.
3. Hate speech and discrimination
Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against any person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristic.
4. Child-unsafe content and CSAM
Any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, endangerment or depiction of a minor, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), simulated or AI-generated depictions of minors in sexual contexts, or content that normalizes harm to children. This is prohibited absolutely and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation of real people
Using another person’s image, likeness, voice or identity to create deceptive content without their explicit consent. This includes generating videos that impersonate real individuals, placing real people into fabricated scenes, or creating misleading content that could damage a person’s reputation.
Uploading a photo of yourself or of an adult who has given documented permission does not override this restriction for other individuals depicted in or associated with the content.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights. Do not upload reference material, logos, branded content, or copyrighted works you do not own or have permission to use.
Other prohibited conduct
In addition to the prohibited content categories above, you must not engage in any of the following:
- Terrorism, organized crime, or content that facilitates serious criminal activity.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, harassment, defamation, or deceptive impersonation.
- Attempts to bypass content-safety checks, misuse credentials, overload the service, or access it without authorization.
- Use of the service by or on behalf of minors.
User responsibility for uploaded photos
You must own the rights to each photo you upload, or have the documented permission of every identifiable person in the image. By uploading, you confirm the photo is of yourself or of an adult who has authorized the use of their likeness for this specific AI processing.
Permission from the depicted person does not exempt content that violates the deepfake, impersonation, or other prohibited-content rules above.
Enforcement actions
If a request, upload, or generated output is found to violate this policy, the platform may take one or more of the following actions depending on the severity of the violation:
- Refuse to process the generation request.
- Withhold delivery of the generated video.
- Remove or disable access to content that violates this policy.
- Issue a warning to the user.
- Restrict the user’s ability to generate content or make purchases.
- Suspend or terminate the user’s account.
- Report the violation to the relevant authorities when required by law or when the content involves imminent harm, child safety, or other serious legal obligations.
Credits and enforcement
The service does not currently provide an automated account-suspension dashboard or automatic credit forfeiture. Enforcement actions are applied by the operator after review. Any restriction of paid credits or purchases remains subject to applicable law, payment-provider terms, and the Refund Policy.
Reporting violations
To report content that violates this policy, email [email protected] with the subject line: AI Content Abuse Report.
Include as much of the following as possible:
- A link to the video or the relevant task or order ID.
- A description of the violation and which category above it falls under.
- Any supporting evidence such as screenshots, URLs, or correspondence.
What you can report
Reports may concern abusive generated videos, impersonation, unauthorized use of a person’s photo, copyright or trademark infringement, or any other breach of this policy. You do not need an account to submit a report.
Content moderation and report handling
The service applies automated content-safety checks before each generation:
- Uploaded photos are screened for sexually explicit content.
- Generation prompts are scanned for prohibited content categories.
- Photos are checked against a restricted list of public figures.
How checks are applied
Requests that fail any check are blocked before any video is generated.
At present, generated videos are not automatically reviewed after output. Post-generation review is conducted by the operator when a report is received or a violation is otherwise identified.
Report handling process
When a report is received, the operator reviews the submitted information and any retrievable content. If the content violates this policy, the operator takes appropriate enforcement action. The reporter is informed of the outcome where practicable.
Reports involving child safety, threats of serious violence, or other imminent harm are prioritized.
This process is manual and operated by the site operator. The service does not operate a 24/7 moderation team, automated ticketing system, or guaranteed response time.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
