Information handled by the service

Depending on the enabled features, Millionaire AI Video may handle account identifiers and email addresses; authentication and session data; uploaded images, reference material and prompts; generated videos and related task records; credit balances and credit movements; order and transaction metadata; support communications; IP addresses; and ordinary server and security logs.

Why this information is processed

This information is used to authenticate users, operate generation requests, apply configured content checks, reserve or return credits, process purchases, store and deliver private results, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party processing

Uploaded content and generation parameters may be transmitted to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio (Wan 3.0) to create requested output and, when enabled, to Replicate and Waffo for configured content checks. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices.

Purchases, when enabled, are processed through Waffo. The payment provider handles payment credentials through its own checkout; Millionaire AI Video may keep order and transaction metadata needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention and disputes.

Private storage and access

When cloud storage is configured, uploaded files and generated results are kept in access-controlled storage provided by Supabase. Access to private results is authorized by the application and may use time-limited signed links. This does not make the files publicly listed or permanently public.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded photos are deleted from cloud storage immediately after generation completes, whether the task succeeds or fails. Temporary moderation copies are cleaned within one hour. Unpaid orders that expire without payment have their uploaded photos deleted during routine cleanup.

Generated videos are stored in private, access-controlled cloud storage and remain accessible from your account History. Account records, order metadata and task logs are retained as needed for service operation, support, accounting and legal obligations.

Cookies and analytics

The service may use cookies or equivalent storage needed for authentication, sessions, security and enabled features. If analytics is configured, the analytics provider identified by the site may process usage information as described in its applicable privacy terms.

One-time orders and private History

For an enabled One-Time Pass, the order and single-use generation entitlement are associated with the authenticated account that purchased them. After the payment provider confirms the order, the account holder may upload an authorized image and start generation.

One-Time Pass generation tasks and completed private results appear in the same account History used for credit-based generations. Access requires the authenticated account, and any result-retention period is governed by the retention terms stated in this policy rather than by the unused pass validity period.
